The survey
We will visit the property and carry out a thorough survey in line with industry standards
The report
A detailed report with photos of any snags found will be emailed direct to you within 5 working days of the survey. The report includes a desk top study which looks at radon, coal mining, flooding and geology.
Follow up work
We can visit the property again after the builder has resolved the issues highlighted in the original report (this will incur an additional fee).
