We can provide a snagging survey for your new home. We cover most of Yorkshire and Lancashire
A snagging survey is a detailed inspection typically carried out on a newly built property, usually just after the final handover to the buyer. The purpose of the survey is to identify any "snags" or minor defects that need to be fixed. Snags are usually small issues that don’t affect the structural integrity of the property but still need to be addressed to ensure the home is in perfect condition for the buyer.
We can visit the property again after the builder has resolved the issues highlighted in the original report (this will incur an additional fee).
