Buying a house can be a stressful experience. Our building surveys and home condition surveys can give you peace of mind about the property before you commit to buying

Following the survey, you will receive a report giving you an overview of the property and identifying any defects or problems discovered, giving each building element a rating to help you understand the property better. We will then provide a phone consultation to discuss the findings

Our residential surveys

We provide two types or residential survey. A full building survey and a home condition survey. Both standard surveys and reports meet the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA) standards.

1. Building survey

The full Building Survey is a thorough inspection of a residential property on behalf of a buyer and before exchanging contracts and includes a pre-inspection desktop study.

This survey is more suited to older properties where more issues are anticipated or properties where significant alterations have taken place

Following the inspection a building survey report will be provided.

2. Home condition survey

Sometimes known as a Home condition Survey. The Building Condition Survey is similar to the Building Survey but with fewer features in the report and is more suitable to newer properties where issues are not anticipated but you want peace of mind
